Welcome to vbScores. By accessing or using the vbScores mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use vbScores. Users under 18 should have parental consent and use the Service through a Family Plan account where applicable. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may create an account using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
vbScores offers free and premium subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. Free features including basic scorekeeping remain available without a subscription.

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, videos, profile information). By submitting content, you grant vbScores a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service. Match scores and tournament results become part of the public record and may be retained in anonymized form even after account deletion.
Tournament directors are responsible for the accuracy of tournament information, schedules, and results they publish. vbScores provides tools but does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted tournament data. Tournament directors must comply with applicable volleyball organization rules (USAV, AAU, JVA, etc.).
College recruiting features are designed to comply with NCAA regulations. College coaches using recruiting tools are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable NCAA, NAIA, or other governing body rules. vbScores does not guarantee recruiting outcomes or exposure.
The vbScores name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of vbScores LLC. The Service, including its design, features, and code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, especially during live tournament events. We are not responsible for scoring errors, data loss, or connectivity issues that may occur during use. Users should maintain backup scoring methods for critical matches.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, vbScores LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, incorrect scoring, or tournament management errors.
You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Settings → Privacy Settings → Delete Account or by contacting privacy@vbscores.com. See our Account Deletion page for details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.
