How to request deletion of your vbScores account and what happens to your data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your vbScores account and associated data using either of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from the App

1Open the vbScores app and tap your Profile tab.
2Tap the Settings icon (gear) in the top right.
3Tap Privacy Settings, then scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete My Account. Your account will be queued for deletion.

Option 2: Request by Email

Can't access the app?

Send an email from the address associated with your account. Include your full name so we can locate your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

⚠️ This action is permanent

Once deletion is confirmed, your account cannot be recovered. Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion.

Data That May Be Retained

Retained data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to your identity. Transaction records are kept only as long as required by law.

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your vbScores account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. To avoid being charged after account deletion, cancel your subscription first:

iOSOpen Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find vbScores, and tap Cancel Subscription.
AndroidOpen Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, find vbScores, and tap Cancel.
